Speaker: Michael Velezis is Executive Counsel of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama and a member of Blue Cross’ healthcare reform implementation team. Before joining Blue Cross, Mr. Velezis was a partner in the law firm of Wallace, Jordan, Ratliff & Brandt, LLC, where his practice included national pharmaceutical, medical device and mass tort litigation, insurance subrogation, ERISA and other complex healthcare and civil litigation.
