17th Annual Business Expo & Jobs Fair on tap at Mobile Civic Center April 30

Get those resumes ready.

The 17th Annual Business Expo & Jobs Fair will transform the Mobile Civic Center Expo Hall into a job seeker’s paradise Thursday, April 30.

Roughly 100 businesses and organizations are slated to participate in the employment extravaganza from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., discussing job opportunities and accepting resumes.

Both parking and admission to the event – hosted by the South Alabama Regional Planning Commission – are free to the public. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to attend.

In addition, participating businesses will have the opportunity to showcase and market their products and services, while free informational workshops will be held throughout the day to assist with everything from resume development and interviewing skills to networking skills and private consultations.
