Longtime Birmingham Business Advocate Selected to Lead National Organization

BIRMINGHAM, Alabama — Longtime Birmingham small business advocate Bob Dickerson was selected to lead a national group dedicated to creating healthy financial opportunities in low and moderate income communities.

Dickerson was elected board chairman of the National Community Reinvestment Coalition.

NCRC provides training and technical assistance, research and policy analyses to more than 600 community-based member organizations with goals of expanding access to basic banking services, affordable housing and job development.
