HUNTSVILLE, Alabama – Officials with Northrop Grumman came together during a formal signing ceremony Tuesday afternoon to enter a three-year mentor-protégé agreement with Davidson Technologies, a technology company in Huntsville.
Davidson Technologies, a teammate of Northrop Grumman’s Joint National Integration Center Research and Development Contract (JRDC), will be mentored by Northrop during the next 36 months in a variety of areas, including cybersecurity and information assurance, systems engineering, integrated logistics support, ISO 9,000 standards, strategic planning, corporate policies, marketing, contracts and subcontracts, and human resources and accounting.
Approved by the U.S. Missile Defense Agency, the agreement is designed to help small businesses like Davidson Technologies boost their involvement in federal subcontracts by creating long-term relationships with larger defense contractors.
