The Alabama APEX Accelerator, formerly known as the Alabama Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), is a statewide program, serving Alabama for over 37 years in an effort to grow a capable and responsible government industrial base. APEX plays a critical role in helping a wide range of businesses enter and participate in the defense supply-chain. The program provides the education and training to ensure that all businesses become capable of participating in federal, state, and local government contracts.
